
Freezing Fitness returns for the third installment! Join us for the 45 minute workout and then a jump into the Columbia River! Like the last two time the jump in the river is optional, but after warming up in the workout that water didn’t feel so bad! You will need to bring a towel and a warm change of cloths to get into quickly after the cold plunge in the river!

FREE for people who’ve never joined us for a class before! Regular class price for regulars and returning members! No registration required. If it’s your first class with us please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you setup for the workout!
This event is open to kids, but only the workout portion. Teens (13-17) are welcome to do the plunge, but will require parent/guardian permission and present for the plunge. And for the adults the plunge is encouraged, but not required. You can join for the just the workout and pass on the plunge.
For those doing the plunge bring an extra set of warm cloths and towel for after the jump in the river. Lifejackets will be available for anyone feeling nervous about jumping off the dock! Come join and have fun with us in this cold, but epic workout!
