Race season has officially begun and we have been busy in Seattle, Montana, Boise and with more races ahead it’s a great time to be an obstacle racer! Especially with our next few races right here at home in Tri-Cities Washington!!

First we have Renegade Rage for those looking to up their game and take on an epic challenge and Mud Factor, perfect for the first-time Mud Runner. I think we can say with certainty that July is gonna be fun!

First-Time Mud Runner Mud Factor Training Boot Camp

Ever wanted to do a Mud Run or Obstacle Course Race?!

With races like Mud Factor, Terrain Race and Warrior Dash coming up we at The Obstacle Circuit want to make sure you’re ready with a First-Time Mud Runner Boot Camp.

Join us July 14th for this intro into the obstacle world and get experience on obstacles you’ll see when you take on a mud run for your first time. This class is designed for people who’ve never done a mud run before and want to get their feet wet, or muddy to be more accurate!

In this one hour program we will go over how to conquer obstacles, give you exercises you can do to prepare for your first race and experience to help you put your fears to rest.

Cost: $15
$5 off if you’re already registered for an event.

RICHOCHET PARKOUR & NINJA

Lv 1 Ninja • Wednesday 4PM
Lv 2 Ninja • Wednesday 5:15PM

Every kid was made to move and in Ricochet Parkour & Ninja we will teach them to move safely while having fun.

Level 1 Ninja is for the kids looking to have fun and develop their skills.

Level 2 Ninja is for the competitors and those wanting to step up their game and take on a real ninja course.

Believe it or not local, national and international ninja competitions are becoming a real thing and as this sport grows we want to make sure your kids can continue to be inspired, have fun and have all the tools they need to be their best on and off the course.
